e2bat Terms & Conditions — The Complete User Agreement for Pakistan's Premier Betting Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "e2bat", "Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to the e2bat online gaming and sports betting platform, operated under an internationally recognised gaming licence, accessible at e2bat.cam.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the e2bat platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created on e2bat through the registration process, identified by a unique username and associated with a verified Pakistani identity.
• "Services" refers collectively to all products and features made available through e2bat, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, and payment processing.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary transaction currency on the e2bat platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to credits awarded by e2bat through promotional offers, welcome bonuses, cashback schemes, free spins, or loyalty rewards, which are subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds before those funds or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the identity verification process conducted by e2bat using CNIC documentation to confirm the identity and age of all registered users.

By creating an e2bat account, accessing the Platform, or using any Service provided by e2bat, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. Acceptance is effective from the moment of account registration or first use of the Platform, whichever occurs first.

These Terms apply to all use of e2bat Services regardless of the device, browser, or access method used. They apply equally to users accessing e2bat via desktop, mobile browser, or any other interface. e2bat does not offer separate terms for different access methods — these Terms govern all use uniformly.

e2bat reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, e2bat will notify registered users via the in-account notification system or registered mobile number. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are accessing e2bat on behalf of any other person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and all references to "you" in these Terms shall apply equally to that person.

To access the full range of e2bat Services, users must complete the account registration process. Registration requires the provision of accurate and complete personal information, including full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and CNIC number. The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one e2bat account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or alternative accounts — whether under the same or a different identity — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, e2bat reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances held therein, and void any pending bets or transactions.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their e2bat login credentials, including username and password. e2bat will never request your password via SMS, email, phone call, or any channel other than the official Platform login interface. Users must notify e2bat support immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account. e2bat accepts no liability for losses arising from a user's failure to maintain account security.

e2bat operates mandatory identity verification (KYC) for all registered accounts. Verification is conducted through CNIC-based digital identity checks. e2bat reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to fulfil its regulatory obligations. Withdrawal of funds may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all e2bat users:

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law, and it is your sole responsibility to determine your legal position before using e2bat.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, officer, or director of e2bat or any affiliate, subsidiary, or associated company of e2bat.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or compelled, on any licensed gaming platform.
• You must be acting as a private individual and not on behalf of any commercial entity, organisation, or third party.

Where e2bat has reasonable grounds to believe that a user does not meet the eligibility criteria above, it reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending and settled bets, and withhold withdrawal of funds pending verification of eligibility status.

All financial transactions on e2bat are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. e2bat reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time with or without prior notice.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the user's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or anonymous payment sources are prohibited.
• e2bat does not charge deposit processing fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. e2bat accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment processors.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your e2bat account in real time in the ordinary course of operations, subject to payment processor availability.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per account per day. Current limits are displayed on the deposit screen within your e2bat account dashboard.

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the e2bat account. No third-party withdrawals are permitted under any circumstances.
• Completion of KYC identity verification is a prerequisite for all withdrawal processing. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals regardless of balance.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during standard processing hours are subject to the processing timelines of the applicable payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed on a priority basis.
• e2bat reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests exceeding defined thresholds. This may require submission of additional documentation.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Real-money funds deposited by the user are not subject to wagering requirements unless expressly stated.

e2bat offers various promotional bonuses to registered users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses on first deposit, reload bonuses, free spins on designated slot titles, cashback credits, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the conditions set out in this section and any additional terms specified for each individual promotion at the time of offer.

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus structures for commercial gain, through bonus arbitrage, matched betting using bonus funds, or any other systematic extraction strategy, constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus balances and potential account closure.
• Each promotional offer specifies its own minimum deposit requirement, eligible games, wagering multiplier, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry period. Users must review these conditions at the time of opting in to each promotion.
• Where a user makes a withdrawal before satisfying applicable wagering requirements, e2bat reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus balance and any winnings attributable to it from the withdrawal amount.
• Bonuses claimed in breach of these Terms — including through the use of duplicate accounts or exploitation of technical errors — will be voided without notice.
• e2bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is terminated while a user has an active wagering requirement, the user's outstanding wagering requirement will remain in effect until satisfied or the bonus expires.

All sports betting and gaming activity on e2bat is subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game type. The following general rules apply across all e2bat betting and gaming services:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. e2bat reserves the right to correct manifestly erroneous odds and to void bets placed at odds that represent a clear pricing error, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed.
• In-play betting markets are subject to delay and may be suspended at any time without notice. e2bat accepts no responsibility for bets placed during periods of data feed latency.
• PSL, Pakistan international cricket, and other cricket markets are subject to the cricket-specific betting rules published within the e2bat cricket betting section. In the event of a match abandonment, reduced overs, or interruption due to weather or other circumstances, the rules applicable to that specific market will determine settlement.
• e2bat reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts per market, per event, or per user at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected professional betting activity or where stake levels pose unacceptable risk exposure.

• All casino and slot games on e2bat use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and verified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are not influenced by the Platform.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage published for each slot title reflects the long-term statistical return and does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session — including disconnection, browser crash, or server error — e2bat's system will record the last confirmed game state and resume from that state where technically possible. e2bat accepts no liability for losses attributable to user-side technical failures.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the e2bat Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registration by or use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21.
• Creating or operating more than one e2bat account, whether under the same or a different name, identity, or payment method.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform in connection with any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Collusion with other players in casino or betting contexts to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Use of automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access or interact with the Platform without express written permission from e2bat.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes on the Platform to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, deposit reversal fraud, or identity fraud.
• Sharing account access with any other person, or permitting any third party to use your e2bat account on your behalf.

e2bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Where e2bat has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Where KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe or where verification documents prove unsatisfactory.
• Where e2bat is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement directive.
• Where a user has requested self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.
• Where an account has remained inactive (no login, no transaction) for a period of 12 consecutive months, e2bat may designate the account dormant and apply an inactivity fee as specified in the current fee schedule.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, e2bat will endeavour to notify the user and complete any investigation within a reasonable timeframe. During the period of suspension, no withdrawals will be processed and no new bets or gaming activity will be permitted.

Where a user wishes to voluntarily close their e2bat account, they may do so by contacting the e2bat support team via live chat within their logged-in account. Account closure requests are processed within five business days. Any real-money balance outstanding at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the user's verified payment method upon completion of applicable checks.

All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, game titles, graphics, text, and other intellectual property available on the e2bat Platform are owned by or licensed to e2bat and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The e2bat name, logo, and all associated branding are the exclusive property of the Platform.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the e2bat Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the express written consent of e2bat.

Any unauthorised use of e2bat's intellectual property — including the use of e2bat branding in social media communications, promotional materials, or third-party websites without express written permission — is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, e2bat excludes all warranties, representations, or conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, relating to the Platform and its Services. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

e2bat shall not be liable to any user for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if e2bat has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall e2bat's aggregate liability to any user, arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform, exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits e2bat's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

e2bat provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users, accessible directly within the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling period before taking effect; decreases apply immediately.
• Session Time Alerts: Users may configure time-based alerts that notify them of the duration of their current gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary suspension of betting and gaming access for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. Cooling-off periods activate immediately and cannot be reversed once applied.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to permanently exclude themselves from e2bat may do so through the account settings panel or by contacting e2bat support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and is irreversible for a minimum period of six months.

e2bat strictly enforces its 21+ age policy through mandatory CNIC verification and reserves the right to apply responsible gaming restrictions to any account where its monitoring systems identify patterns of behaviour consistent with problem gambling, regardless of whether the user has requested such restrictions.

Data collected during registration and KYC verification is used exclusively for the purposes of identity verification, account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of e2bat Services. e2bat does not sell user personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

e2bat may share user data with payment processors, identity verification service providers, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or where necessary for the investigation of suspected fraud or regulatory breach. All such sharing is conducted in accordance with the applicable data protection framework.

e2bat reserves the right to amend, revise, replace, or supplement these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they materially affect the rights or obligations of users — e2bat will provide notification via the in-account notification system or by SMS to the registered mobile number of affected users, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Where amendments are non-material — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any provision, or administrative updates — they may take effect immediately without prior notice.

The current, effective version of these Terms is always accessible on the e2bat website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision took effect. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which e2bat holds its international online gaming licence. The identity of the governing jurisdiction is available on request from e2bat's compliance team.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the use of the Platform, or any Services provided by e2bat, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith direct negotiation. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the applicable gaming regulatory authority.

Nothing in this section prevents e2bat from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm in circumstances where arbitration would be an inadequate remedy.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and e2bat with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
